Be Anything. Do Anything.

Let’s get the bad news out of the way first.  Chances are very strong that your subconscious mind has been programed by the world around you.  People who mean well have said things to you that have made you form opinions that would, otherwise, not be your own.  It’s not like this happened yesterday, last week, or last month.  It started happening when you was just a baby through your toddler years, school years, and young adult life.  You overheard conversations, influential people have tried to “motivate” you, television… the list goes on and on.

They have said things to you like,

  • “Get a good job that pays well.”
  • “You can’t do that – it’s just not how it’s done.”
  • “That’s impossible.”
  • etc…

You went through your formative years gathering information from the people around you that have made you the person you are today.  That’s not entirely bad – don’t get me wrong!  However, society is not exactly perfect.  As a whole we are stressed, doubtful, working paycheck to paycheck, in debt, overweight, popping prescription pills, blah, blah, blah.

Obviously, things are not great for society and could be much, MUCH better.

Everything that you have seen in your life, words that have been spoken to you have been stored in your subconscious mind.  And, like a computer, your subconscious mind uses those words and images to dictate what is possible in your life and what is not possible.

I’m tellin’ ya – anything is possible.

Now, let’s move on to more positive thoughts.  That programming you just read about can be turned around very quickly.  All you have to do is meditate on exactly what you want – and it would help immensely if you had a picture or a mental movie that you play in your head while you meditate.  

But – before that takes place, you absolutely MUST believe that you can, in fact, Be Anything & Do Anything.  This is the first step to reprogramming that subconscious mind of yours.  Here are the steps:

  1. Either during meditation, or just as you are going to sleep (both of which is when your subconscious mind is open to new suggestions), tell yourself that you can be anything and do anything.  Feel excited about that!  Imagine the possibilities (literally – imagine them)!  Downright magical, isn’t it?
  2. Meditate on what it is you want to Be and/or Do.  As you’re meditating, see the pictures in your mind as you already having achieved what you want.
  3. Go for it.  Make your plan.  Take your steps.  After you know, without a doubt, that you can Be Anything & Do Anything, there will be roads that open up for you all over the place so you can achieve what you want.  Decide, with vigor,  that it is YOURS.  Again – GO GET IT!
